Refunds are available within 14 days of your program purchase date if you've completed less than 20% of the course material. Programs accessed beyond this point are considered actively used and aren't eligible for standard refunds. Special circumstances may apply — read on.

What happens after you submit your request
Day 0-2: Request Review
Your request lands in our system and gets assigned to a support specialist. They'll check your enrollment date, course progress, and the specific reasons you've mentioned. Most requests get reviewed within one business day, but we guarantee a response within 48 hours.
Day 2-3: Decision Communication
You'll get an email explaining our decision. If approved, we'll outline the next steps and expected refund date. If there are questions or concerns, we'll explain what's needed to move forward. Sometimes we can offer alternatives like program swaps or extended access.
Day 3-10: Payment Processing
Once approved, your refund enters our payment processing queue. Different payment methods have different timelines — credit cards typically process faster than bank transfers. We use the same method you originally paid with unless that's not possible.
Day 10-15: Bank Posting
After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer takes over. They might need a few days to post the credit to your account. If you don't see it after 15 business days total, contact us — we can provide transaction records to help you follow up with your bank.

Important: Access and Materials
